BODY BAR On Hold For Now!
Body Bar is a Core strengthening class in which we use a weighted bar.
We have bars ranging in size from 6 - 18 lbs. We will start where you feel
comfortable. Our goal here is to move up in weight as we build lean
muscle mass. This class is great for sculpting your body, lifting your booty
and carving your abs. We mix a bit of higher intensity moves in and with
the added weight of the bar, you will really get your heart rate pumping in
this 60 minute class!

During Bootcamp we will use equipment such as ropes, kettlebells,
slam balls, tires, jump ropes and more. This is a 60 minute class that
is not for the faint of heart, although all fitness levels are welcome!
Just come ready to push yourself. We do not stick to the indoors
with this class. We will be running hills, the track and anything else
creative we can think of to get you moving your body!
We offer challenges frequently. We try to cater to the needs and wants
of our clients so the theme of each challenge varies. We usually
combine our most popular classes Body Bar & Cardio Kickboxing with
other group fitness classes such as bootcamp or zumba to create
mini challenges lasting 4-8 weeks. It is an all inclusive price depending
